Browser Analytics
The Browsers section within your website's Analytics in Static.app provides a detailed breakdown of the different web browsers your visitors use to interact with your site. Analyzing this data helps you ensure your website performs optimally and looks consistent across the browsers most popular with your audience.
How to Access Browsers Analytics
- Log in to your Static.app dashboard.
- Select the specific website project whose analytics you wish to view from your Sites page.
- Navigate to the Analytics section from your website's dashboard menu.
- From the Analytics dashboard, select the Browsers link to view the browser usage breakdown.
What You'll See in Browsers Analytics
The Browsers Analytics page lists the various web browsers detected from your visitors, along with key performance metrics for each:
- Name: The name of the web browser used by visitors (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Internet Explorer).
- Visitors: The number of unique visitors detected using that specific web browser. This helps you identify which browsers your audience uses most frequently.
- Hits: The total number of requests (or "hits") made to your website by visitors using that particular browser. This indicates the overall engagement level from users on that browser.
- Bandwidth: The total amount of data transferred (in MB or GB) to visitors using that web browser. This can be useful for understanding resource consumption across different browser types.
