How to Access and View Form Entries

Once you've set up your forms with the static-form attribute, Static.app automatically collects and stores all submission entries for you. The Forms section in your dashboard is your central hub for reviewing, managing, and acting on all the data collected from your website's forms.

How to Access Your Form Submissions

  1. Log in to your Static.app dashboard.
  2. Select the specific website project that has forms you want to check.
  3. Navigate to the Forms section from your website's dashboard menu.
  4. In the Forms section, you'll see a clear list of all the forms that have received submissions on your website. Each row provides a summary of the collected data:
    • Form Name: This name corresponds to the static-form-id you assigned (e.g., "contacts") or a default name if no ID was specified.
    • Entries: Shows the total number of submissions received for that particular form.
    • Created Date and Time: Indicates when the form (or its first entry) was created in the system.
  5. For each form in this list, you also have quick management options:
    • Save as CSV: Download all entries for that form as a comma-separated values (CSV) file. This is perfect for importing into spreadsheets or other data management tools.
    • Change Name: Rename the form.
    • Remove: Delete all submissions and the record of that form.
